Gamecock Club Chapters

County Chapters

County Chapters are local extensions of the Gamecock Club that bring members together to celebrate Gamecock spirit, support our student-athletes, and build community close to home.

Each South Carolina county can have one official chapter, with additional out-of-state chapters approved by the Board. Chapters host events, promote membership, and connect fans of all ages through shared pride and purpose.

What Chapters Do

Build Community – Connect Gamecocks through local events and gatherings.

Support Athletics – Promote membership and raise awareness for Gamecock Athletics.

Lead Locally – Chapter Presidents serve as ambassadors and part of the Gamecock Club Advisory Board.

Whether you’re attending a watch party, helping grow membership, or leading a chapter, County Chapters offer a meaningful way to engage and make an impact.

Aug. 11 | Spartanburg Co. Kickoff Party

Join the Spartanburg Co. Gamecock Club for the 2026 Kickoff Party on August 11 at Morgan Square! Come out for a fun evening with fellow Spartanburg Gamecocks, featuring exclusive Gamecock Football insights from Gamecock Central’s Chris Clark, along with giveaways and exciting auction items.

Join the Charleston Co. Gamecock Club for the 2026 Football Season Kickoff Party. Enjoy an open bar, catering by Home Team BBQ, a live & silent auction, Cocky, a guest speaker from the South Carolina Athletics Department, and more!

Aug. 17 | Darlington Co. Kickoff Party

Join the Darlington County Gamecock Club for the 2026 Kickoff Party on August 17th at Hartsville Country Club! With football season just around the corner, there’s no better way to get ready than a night of comradery with fellow Darlington County Gamecocks, pictures and fun with Cocky, exclusive insights into the football program, a delicious dinner, Gamecock giveaways, and silent auction and raffle items.

Aug. 22 | Cherokee Co. Golf Tournament

Join the Cherokee Co. Gamecock Club for their Golf Tournament at Gaffney Country Club! The entry fee is $300 per team and includes green fees, cart, lunch, beverages, and prizes! Prizes & Contests are for the 1st & 2nd Place Teams, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and Raffles & Door Prizes. Registration begins at 8:30 AM, with a 9:00 AM tee off.

Join the Chester County Gamecock Club on August 22nd at Buttermilk’s BBQ to get ready for the 2026 football season! Join fellow Augusta Gamecocks for an evening of fun, catering by Ultimate Tailgater BBQ, exclusive auction items, a guest speaker from the South Carolina Athletics Department, and more!
