The Beamer Ball is a unique event on the field of Williams-Brice Stadium on Saturday, May 17, 2025, hosted by South Carolina Athletics and Gamecock Football!
The Beamer Ball will begin with dinner and drinks on the field with Gamecock Football and Gamecock Athletics staff. The evening will continue with live music and dancing, as well as a silent and live auction featuring exclusive items and experiences.

Individual tickets and table options are available for The Beamer Ball based on a tiered on-sale (details below). A dance party ticket option is also available for those interested in enjoying the live music, drinks, dancing, and late-night environment.

Reminder: Flat shoes, or thick heeled shoes, may be preferred for attendees since the event is located on the football field at Williams-Brice Stadium

Entry for The Beamer Ball will be located in the southwest corner of Williams-Brice Stadium. Signage will be located at the entry point.
No, all ticket and table purchasers are invited to stay for the entirety of the event!
You do not have to be in attendance to participate in the Silent Auction. However, you must be in attendance to participate in the Live Auction portion of the event.
Yes, in the event of inclement weather, the event will either be altered accordingly or moved to an indoor location. Information will be shared with those who purchased tickets closer to the event date, if needed.
